BSK LION II K Connections is a Business Development Executive at United Software Group Inc, a minority-owned woman enterprise offering end-to-end IT systems, services, and solutions to clients across the country. With over 9 years of relevant experience, BSK is responsible for overseeing the entire cycle of recruitment, including searching and sourcing potential candidates, shortlisting them in accordance with the client's requirements, and recruiting hired candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent placements for all IT/non-IT/engineering positions. BSK has conducted in-depth interviews of candidates both in-house and by telephone to determine skills, knowledge, interest, salary benchmarking, and availability. BSK has recruited via Job Diva and internet job boards like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, and Corp-Corp/Tech fetch, direct phone sourcing, vendor network, referrals, and expanded internet sourcing as per requisition. BSK has screened, shortlisted, scheduled interviews, interacted with clients/candidates, and followed up with the candidates. BSK has worked with account managers to set up client interviews, conduct initial pre-screen and employment interviews, evaluate candidate placement feasibility and commitment, and interacted with the client accounts and hiring managers for feedback and lead generation. BSK has also developed a pipeline of candidates for current and future openings. Prior to joining United Software Group, BSK worked as an IT Consultant at Benvia LLC, an enterprise software consulting company focused on serving the outsourcing needs of small-to-medium-size businesses. BSK was responsible for full life cycle recruiting for engineering, for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire. BSK sourced candidates by utilizing the internet, employee/candidate referrals, cold calling, and job fairs. BSK holds a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Illinois- College of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Information Technology Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University. BSK also completed Mathematics and Computer Science studies at The Central Public School. BSK's technical skills include test, QA, web, and software engineering.
